Privacy collection notice

The University of Sydney is collecting your personal information via our event registration partner, Creatio, to manage your event registration and keep you informed about University events, courses, pathways, and other information relevant to your academic interests.

Your information may also be used to support course planning, learning support initiatives, and strategic course development.

Data Storage: The information you provide will be securely collected through Creatio and transferred to the University’s email marketing platform (Mailchimp) and secure customer relationship management system.

Providing personal information is voluntary, but if you choose not to provide it, we may be unable to register you for the event or provide follow-up information.

Data Disclosure: Your information will not be shared with any other party without your consent, unless required or authorised by law.

Data Security: We will store your personal information securely and dispose of it in accordance with the University’s Recordkeeping Policy 2017.
